General Information

Dog License Information:  All dogs must be licensed by December 31st of each year or the license will be subject to a late fee per dog. April 1st, a late fee of $5.00 will be charged.  Owners must show proof of vaccination (vet certificate showing date given and expiration date) for each dog. You can obtain a license at the Village Hall, 5043 Chester Lane, Racine, WI 53402, Monday- Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or by mail by including the vet certification and payment for each dog.

Fee

• $15 each for spayed females or neutered male dogs
• $25 each for unaltered dogs
• No fee for Sight or Helping Dogs

License Application by Mail

• Enclose proof of current vaccination for each dog (will be returned to you by mail along with your new dog license).
• Include self-addressed, stamped envelope with application(s).
• Make check payable to: Village of Caledonia.
• Must be postmarked December 31st or be subject to late fee per dog
